Self-Service Judicial System for Law Degree Holders – Complete Guide 1405

Starting from July 2025, the Iranian Judiciary has provided special access for all law degree holders through the new Self-Service System for Legal Knowledge Holders. This system allows graduates of law (including lawyers, students, professors, and experts) to directly submit legal documents without needing to visit electronic judicial service offices.

Who Can Use the System?

Anyone with a formal law degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, etc.) whose credentials are verified through the Ministry of Science via the Sana system.

The system currently offers 6 main service desks:

Statement of Claim (Ezharnnameh)

Complaint (Shekvaieh)

Legal Briefs (Layihe)

Initial petitions to the Administrative Justice Court

Appeals to the Administrative Justice Court

Objections to decisions of specialized administrative bodies

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Log in to the Sana system with your national ID
